We are seeking a Appointment Setters/Sales Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B sales development role to join our dynamic team. This role involves a diverse range of industries and requires a proactive individual who can independently manage multiple tasks and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research using various tools to build a pipeline of qualified leads aligned with our target market.
2. Craft and execute compelling cold email campaigns, sending a minimum of 6,000 emails per month.
3. Utilize a lead scoring system to qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, fit with services, and buying stage.
4. Follow up with approximately 300 interested prospects per month through phone calls and emails.
5. Create personalized Loom video audits to deliver value to prospects and encourage them to book a discovery call.
Training will be provided regarding our USP and value add. Communication style will be left to you.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in CRM software and email automation tools.
4. Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks and scoring systems.
5. Ability to create a 5-minute Loom video audit.
6. Strong internet connection
Working Conditions and Compensation:
Basic pay: USD 600 + up to 2500USD incentives based on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
KPIs include the number of qualified leads generated, lead conversion rate, average deal size, email open rate, and the number of Loom video audits conducted.
