Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Contact potential clients through cold-calling and warm leads to offer our services.
Appointment Scheduling: Set up appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
Lead Qualification: Gather relevant information from leads and assess their suitability for our services.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and ensure all scheduled appointments are confirmed.
CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain customer data in our CRM system.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and assist in achieving sales goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on appointment metrics and outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience in GoHighLevel is a must.
Previous Experience: Proven track record as an Appointment Setter or similar sales support role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
Persuasion: Able to engage leads and convert prospects into scheduled appointments.
Persistence: Resilient and determined in reaching out to potential clients.
Organizational Skills: Efficient in managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
Team Player: Collaborative and supportive of sales team objectives.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools.
