Job Description:
As a Community Manager, your primary focus will be on maintaining messaging consistency and nurturing community growth and conversation. Your responsibilities will include:

Messaging Consistency: Ensure that our messaging across various channels remains consistent with our brand voice and values, conveying clear and compelling messages to our community members.

Community Growth: Implement strategies to expand our community reach and attract new members who are passionate about stock trading and financial literacy. This may involve leveraging social media platforms, collaborating with influencers, and exploring other growth opportunities.

Community Conversation: Facilitate meaningful discussions within our community by initiating topics, responding to inquiries, and encouraging active participation from members. Foster a supportive and engaging environment where members feel valued and empowered to share their insights and experiences.

Engagement Analytics: Monitor engagement metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use insights to refine strategies and optimize community engagement and growth initiatives.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and informative content that resonates with our community members. This may include writing blog posts, creating educational resources, and curating relevant news and updates.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in community management, social media marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of stock trading and financial literacy concepts.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to drive engagement and foster conversations within online communities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Familiarity with Discord and other relevant platforms/tools is preferred.
