Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients who may benefit from our services. Your goal is to schedule appointments for our experienced Sales Counselors who will guide families through the process of making informed decisions regarding funeral and cemetery arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and Connect: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients with warmth and empathy, building rapport and trust over the phone.
Educate and Inform: Clearly communicate the value of our services and the peace of mind we provide to families.
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and preferences of potential clients to determine the best path forward.
Schedule Appointments: Efficiently and effectively schedule appointments for our Sales Counselors, ensuring that every family receives the attention and care they deserve.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Counselors and support staff to ensure a seamless and compassionate customer experience.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in appointment setting or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to dealing with sensitive topics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
1-2 Years of Cold Calling Experience
Availability to work USA Hours
Access to a functional computer (Windows preferred) with a reliable and stable internet connection
A workspace free of background noise (noise-canceling headphones a plus)
