Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Manager to oversee our lead generation team and ensure our sales pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and marketing who can manage and refine lead-generation processes and ensure the effective scheduling of appointments with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage lead generation strategies to identify and target potential clients for CRM implementations and Social Media Marketing.
2. Oversee various software tools to capture and track potential leads.
3. Manage the lead generation team, ensuring they effectively nurture leads and set appointments.
4. Conduct and supervise market research to stay informed about the needs and challenges of target companies.
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with broader sales strategies.
6. Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with customer information and lead statuses.
7. Analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and strategies, reporting on their effectiveness to senior management.
8. Keep up to date with industry trends, lead generation technologies, and technological advancements.
9. Train and mentor team members, setting clear performance metrics and goals.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, appointment setting, and team management.
2. Strong understanding of CRM platforms, lead generation software, and Social Media Marketing.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide insights.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
6. Must be organized, hard worker and focused.
7. Has a professional and positive attitude and can work well with a team.
8. With over 1 year working experience as a Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Manager.
