Job Description: Appointment Setter and Post-Appointment Follow-up Specialist

2. Post-Appointment Follow-up:
Communicate with clients after their appointments to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
Address any concerns or questions they might have following their appointment.
Gather feedback from clients and share it with the team to continually improve our services.
3. Relationship Building:
Build rapport and trust with clients during the appointment setting and follow-up process.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
4. Data Management:
Keep accurate records of appointments, follow-up interactions, and client feedback.
Update our database with relevant information.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
