Go Recruit has an exciting opportunity for an outgoing Appointment Setter/Lead Generation Specialist to become an integral part of the team at a leading premium modular home builder in Australia with an opportunity for future career growth. Your main tasks will involve lead generation and appointment setting thought outbound calls and email campaigns, as well as serving as the initial touchpoint in our sales process as a sales opener.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in using HubSpot Sales Professional, with experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub considered a significant plus. It is essential for applicants to be able to provide copies of relevant HubSpot certifications. While previous experience in the construction industry is desirable, it’s not a must-have; we’re ready to offer comprehensive product training and knowledge to ensure the success of our chosen applicant.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
Strong background in sales, specifically in lead generation, cold calling, and database management working with Australian, UK or USA companies.
Proficiency in HubSpot Sales Professional is essential; familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub is desirable.
Ability to present the clients product range to meet the clients needs and pass on sales lead where appropriate to the sales team.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and listening skills with sound problem solving skills.
Self-starter, well organised, detail-oriented, capable of managing a pipeline to achieve high conversion rates for the sales team.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients via cold calls and emails using various platforms.
Re-engage potential clients in Hubspot CRM via calls, emails and other outreach initiatives.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and prospecting as viable sales opportunities to pass onto the sales team.
Drive the generation of sales-qualified leads through proactive outbound activities.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy and organisation of the company’s database.
Document all activities within the CRM to track sales results efficiently.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years in a role focused on appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar sales opener position.
Demonstrable success in appointment setting and lead generation.
Working knowledge of Hubspot sales professional essential.
