About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in need of a seasoned and innovative Appointment Setting Manager (ASM) with extensive Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) experience. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of industry knowledge, an ability to manage a high-performing team and a knack for thinking outside the box.

Responsibilities:
– Implement, manage, and optimize our existing appointment setting system to ensure high-quality client meetings.
– Lead, motivate, and coach a team of SDRs/BDRs to consistently hit and exceed target KPIs.
– Regularly report on team/individual performances, including appointment setting, sales forecasts, and pipeline status.
– Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment that empowers the SDR/BDR team.
– Train new team members on the appointment setting processes and tools, and provide ongoing coaching for existing team members.
– Although you will not be responsible for making prospecting calls or performing any outreach that involves calling, you will be expected to lead by example in other areas of the role.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role with a track record of achieving targets.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing a sales development team.
– Strong track record of implementing existing systems and developing innovative solutions to improve results.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
– Proficient in CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
– Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and manage team performance.
– Superior understanding of sales processes and appointment setting strategies.
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
