Job Overview
The roles and duties of our appointment setters is to book our warm leads that we’ve generated into booked sales calls. This means you will be calling on warm leads we’ve already generated, that have raised their hand and said they want to speak with us.
Additionally, you will be able to cold call the rest of the time as the amount of leads we’re bringing in may fluctuate, but this will ensure you get a full 40 hours a week. So you must be comfortable with cold calling as this will be part of the job too. It may be a large part of the job at times, and at other times it might be a small part of the job. We always want to give you a full 40 hours and this allows us to.
Our employees are responsible for making 1000+ dials weekly or 200+ dials a day with the use of an autodialer that we will supply you.
Our company will also supply the phone system to run the autodialer. We will give you a winning script & training that will guarantee your success.

Technical Requirements
Computer and headphones with a microphone
Great internet connection
Laptop or Desktop that is an i5 or better
Windows 10 or higher operating system
At least 8GB of RAM

Internet Speed: 50mbps download speed & up (100mbps preferred) 3mbps upload speed (higher preferred): /
Noise-canceling headset -must be USB wired
Backup Internet is a plus at 55mbps or better
Backup power source is a plus – 8+hr power bank or generator.

Working Hours
Schedule: You can work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S.A. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Shift: This corresponds to the Philippine graveyard shift.
Weekly Hours: You can work a total of up to 40 hours per week or 8 hours a day monday – friday.
Salary
Payment Schedule: Payment is made weekly.
Payment Method: All payments will be processed through EasyPay.
Paid Training: You’ll receive $5/hr USD or 278.36 PHP/hr during training. Approximately 2-3 hours.
Hourly Pay: Your hourly pay rate is $6.25/hr USD, which equates to approximately 347.95 PHP/hr based on current exchange rates.
Monthly Salary. Your total monthly earning potential is 55,671.50 Philippine pesos per month, this equates to $1000 USD/ Month if you work 40 hours a week. You will also get bonuses for each appointment you simply book through the course of already doing your job. See below.
Booked Appointment Bonuses: For every appointment you book, you’ll receive an additional bonus of $1 USD or 55.67 PHP. If you book 5 appointments a day Monday-Friday that’s an extra $100+ USD per month or 5567.15 PHP+.
