What is my role?
Completing tasks supporting the production of clear, accurate, trustworthy and on-time real estate appraisal reports.

What are the Responsibilities?
This is a behind the scenes position supporting production
Procuring necessary subject documents for bidding on potential appraisal work.
Procuring a complete set of subject documents for active appraisals.
Procuring comparable documents for building the appraisal workfile.
Verify and update zoning maps and bylaws.
Obtain annual approved tax rates document.
Marking up documents to help appraisers expedite.
Learn the workarounds of the work either through training, trial & error or feedback.
Establish and organize a database for efficient working (tabs).
Communicate with colleagues when having difficulty, ask questions if unsure.
Finish the tasks before the deadline.

Track key performance Indicators (KPIs)

What are the work hours?
All are in US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Training: ~20 hours per week 8:00am to 12:00pm
Hours increase to full time 40 hours/week June 3rd .
Optional work shifts are;
8.5 hour shift 8:30am – 5:00pm with a 30-minute paid break,
8.5 hour shift 5:00am to 1:30PM with a 30-minute paid break,
Two 4.0 hour shifts including8:00am- 12:00pm no paid break.

Real estate appraisal experience
Other real estate or legal related experience
Marketing /Social Media skills
ChatGPT experience

You must have
Laptop or PC (Windows 10 or higher with Intel core i3, equivalent or higher)
noise cancellation headset and webcam
500gb storage and at least 8gb RAM
Reliable high speed internet (Minimum of 15 mbps)
Backup internet plan and or backup power plan

How much is the pay?
Above average. Pay rates are competitive and correspond with your initial and then your skills based on your speed to master the various tasks measured by KPIs
Your income increases commensurate with your increasing value to the company .
We want team members who strive to become valuable therefore continue earning rate increases or bonuses

The offer is as follows:
Starting Rate $Click to view/hour US (negotiable based on experience).
If working a straight shift there is a 30-minute paid break everyday, mid shift.
Performance review after 90 day probationary period, pay bump to $Click to view/hr.
Subsequent pay raises depend on the annual performance reviews.
After 6 months, you will be given 5 paid personal leaves. After a year, you will be given 10 paid personal leaves
After 9 months, the company will provide healthcare policy insurance of your choice (up to $850/year).
13th Month bonus
