Apprentice SEO Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice SEO. This position is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of SEO and is willing to learn more about it. The pay is not the highest, but we offer additional incentives through the use of paid tools, SEO software, subscriptions, hosting, VPS and other tools that you will be allowed to utilize for your own projects on your own time.

The hours are very flexible and you will be working unsupervised most of the time. That being said, you will need to be self motivated and capable of being creative and solving problems. Of course, I will be available at almost any time for questions, assistance and training.

The tasks are basic and only require a minimal understanding of SEO, but we can quickly expand your knowledge if your willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist in link building and web 2.0 building.
Minor page editing, using drag and drop page builders, and updating content on WordPress websites and various web 2.0 sites.
Assist with spreadsheet management and data consolidation for clients projects.
Proofreading content for accuracy and spelling mistakes.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute SEO strategies.
Utilize our work VPS and have full access to our SEO tools.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Knowledge of link building, web 2.0 building, and WordPress.
Experience with spreadsheet management and data analysis.
Solid grasp of the English language as you will be proofreading a lot.
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of SEO.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
