Architect/Designer

As an Architect and Designer at TDB, you will play a crucial role in the creative and technical aspects of architectural and interior design projects. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to create aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable spaces.

Responsibilities:

Design and Planning: Develop architectural and interior design concepts that meet the project requirements, and client expectations, and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Project Management: Oversee and manage the entire design process, from concept development to construction documentation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

3D Modeling and Visualization: Create 3D models, renderings, and other visual representations to help clients and team members visualize the design concepts.

Material and Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional goals.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Site Inspections: Coordinate with project managers to ensure design plans are being implemented correctly and make any necessary adjustments.

Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation required for construction and permits.

Stay Current: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to integrate innovative solutions into projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

2- 3 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design preferred

Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, photoshop, 2020, etc.) and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Excellent ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Attention to detail and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
