? Intermediate to advanced knowledge and use of Trimble SketchUp 3D modelling.
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge and use of Trimble Layout to bring our 3D SketchUp models to highly presentable design documents.
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge and ability to estimate residential & commercial projects from demolition through to completion, take-offs, BOQ’s and the like using estimating software such as Plan Swift & Cordell Estimator Platinum or similar.
? Knowledge of (or willingness to learn and be trained in) various SketchUp integrations such as Plus Spec Design Build – BIM modelling to Estimating Software.
? Knowledge of (or willingness to learn and be trained in) Procore Project Management Software.
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Canva Presentations.
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge and ability to render 3D models in SketchUp Studio / V-ray / Lumion or other rendering software.
