Hi there! We are hiring a full-time Creative Architect with advanced skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and Autocad program to assist in architectural design, construction detailing, and construction. Please do not apply if you don’t have the required skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years experience in Residential Design and Architectural Interiors
• Understanding and have a working knowledge of building codes, building construction, building systems, and building materials
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop, and Google Workspace is required. Must have the ability to use Revit on a basic level.
• Using Enscape as a rendering tool is a preferred
• Familiarity in doing Masterformat Specification writing
• Familiarity using , slack, Autodesk construction cloud is a bonus
• Familiarity with creating presentations, research, and some admin tasks to support the department
Must Submit : Architectural Portfolio showing sketchup and rendering

RESPONSIBILITIES are (but are not limited to):
• Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, specifications, and documents
• Can develop Client’s / Project’s desired goals and objectives into plans and renderings
• Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check workers’ activities in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and Detailed Design Phase of a project
• Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design team
• Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
• Must be updated with new trends

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (40 hours), fixed 2 days off. You are also OFF on Company Holidays.
