Job Description:

As an Architect/Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in the conceptualization, design, and execution of renovation projects. Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural and interior design plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of design concepts from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless execution.

Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback to achieve the desired outcome.

Budgeting and Cost Management:
Collaborate with the project management team to develop accurate project budgets.
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost-effective design solutions.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. (New graduates are welcome to apply)
Proven experience in architectural and interior design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
