Architect Residential Home w/Swimming Pool Plans – Los Angeles County Standards

Looking for an experienced Residential Architect to clean up Residential Home Plans to be resubmitted to the California Los Angeles Building Department. Also, there will be a Swimming Pool designer/civil engineering skill needed that can coordinate with all the Architect, A complete set of plans for a Home Building Permit and a Residential Swimming Pool and Spa – Pool will include a Beach Entrance and infinity edge. Pool can be subcontracted out seperately by gig job . Current Auto Cad plans will be provided along with a Topo Map will be provided and the site plans Los Angeles County Building Department. Need drawings detailed and good enough to submit to the Los Angeles County Building Department. Civil engineers in California will review plans and stamp them for submittal.

Requirements
Fluent in English
Proficient in AutoCAD
Experience with working on Swimming Pool Plans for the Los Angeles County Building Department and Regional Planning.
Knowledge of the ability to research websites for plan requirements
RIVIT a Plus
