We are currently recruiting an Midweight Interior Architect to join our world class unique boutiquuqye Interior Design team.
About the Role
As a Middleweight Interior Designer, you’ll assist in delivering a wide range of luxury projects from concept design through to FF&E selection and the production of detailed design intent information and presentations.
You will be responsible for tracking the production of all drawings and other information required by the architects and contractors. You’ll be carrying out detailed and accurate drawing packages in line with Client Brief and Senior Designer guidelines also monitoring the budget for each project.
Your day to day will also include:
Assisting the Senior Designer in the running of large Luxury Residential/Hotel Projects
Manage your own smaller scale projects
Creating mood boards and presentations for said projects
Monitoring the budget for each project
Working closely with the suppliers to ensure products are specified and projects are delivered on time
Creating and maintaining the installation schedule
About you
As an experienced Middleweight Interior Designer, you will have previous experience working on High End Luxury Residential / Hotel Projects. Throughout your career you will have managed multiple projects (both in the United Kingdom and Internationally) and supported your design team in delivering these inline with client expectations, budgets and deadlines.
You’ll possess great knowledge of Interior Architecture & Design as well as FF&E products, finishes, their fabrication techniques and operational applications. Possessing not only design flair and creativity, you will also have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will also:
Be confident in using Adobe, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Lumin, 3dMAX, Baker and a MAC user
Be proactive in their approach
Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities
Be professional and well presented
Be able to manage stakeholders from junior to senior level
Be a strong communicator
