Architectural Designer and Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer and Project Manager to join our team for a comprehensive project that includes Blueprints, Video Production, Structural Engineering Plans, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Plans, Realistic Exterior 3D Modeling and Rendering with Landscape, Realistic 3D Interior Designs, and Detailed Project Cost Estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate and detailed Blueprints drawn to scale, including floor plans.
Develop Structural Engineering Plans and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Plans.
Produce Realistic Exterior 3D Modeling and Rendering with Landscape.
Design Realistic 3D Interior layouts and visuals.
Provide Detailed Project Cost Estimates for the entire project.
Clarification Points:

Edits and Revisions: Specify the number of edits included in the proposal, accounting for potential changes during the project.

Renewable Energy: Clarify if plans include features for renewable energy sources beyond solar, such as geothermal, heat transfer, or others.

Design Process Stages: In your proposal, provide detailed information on each stage of the design process, including pre-planning, preliminary concept design, development, floor plans, mass development, 3D modeling, sketch, architectural visualization, rendering, and video production.

Client Communication: Confirm your openness to meetings for clarifications and describe the back-and-forth process to ensure a mutual understanding of the client’s concept.

Architectural 2D Plans: Specify the number of architectural 2D plans that will be provided as part of the project.

File Ownership: Assure the client that they will receive all necessary files and original concepts, with the rights to these designs and plans, ensuring they cannot be taken or sold.

SketchUp 3D Model: Confirm the provision of a 3D model in SketchUp, including evaluations and massing. Include details about providing both the original 3D and 2D plans.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
