We’re searching for a Content Creator to help our team solve our clients’ biggest problem. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:

CREATE PROMOTIONAL ASSETS AND VIDEOS:
-Be proficient in graphic design to create the assets needed for our promotional material such as flyers, logos, image editing, etc.
-Produce high-quality video content using editing software for our advertising campaigns for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
-Collaborate with the content team and advertising team to ensure that video and graphic content is aligned with the copy and target audience.

MANAGE THE CONTENT CREATION PROCESS:
-Managing the full content creation process and optimising the process to be efficient and effective.
-This includes planning, coordination, creation, review, and approval and optimising content.

PROVIDE CONTENT INNOVATION AND ANALYSIS:
-Innovate new content ideas and work with the copywriters to include the necessary ad copy or ideas in the promotional material.
-Monitoring the performance of the content once it has been distributed. This may involve tracking metrics such as page views, engagement rates, conversion rates, etc., and analyzing the data to understand the effectiveness of the content and identify areas for improvement.
-Gathering feedback from both internal stakeholders and the audience and using this feedback to make improvements to the content and the content creation process.

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

Are creative —The ability to generate original and innovative ideas and concepts for video and graphic content

Possess technical skills — Proficiency in using design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects. Other online tools are accepted too.

Are attentive to details —The ability to ensure high-quality output in design and video content creation, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

Have Strong Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.

Are good at project management — The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in order to meet tight deadlines.

Are adaptable— Ability to remain flexible and adjust to changing priorities and timelines, as well as to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Are digitally savvy — Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing, with the ability to produce content that is optimised for these channels.

Have a strong sense of design aesthetics — With the ability to create visually appealing and engaging graphic and video content.

Have good analytical skills — Ability to analyse data and insights to inform design and marketing decisions and optimise content performance.

Love learning — A willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest design and video trends, as well as emerging technologies and tools in the industry.

Are tech-savvy — You must be 100% comfortable with using online work tools like Slack, Basecamp, Pipedrive, Loom, Google Docs, and more.
