Are you a highly motivated and skilled Shopify wizard with a passion for e-commerce and online businesses? We are an established US-based e-commerce company seeking a talented individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain our Shopify-based website using the Debutify theme.
* Upload and update product pages with accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
* Optimize the website for improved user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and efficient checkout processes.
* Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and increase organic traffic.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies for driving traffic and sales growth.
* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and excellent customer service.
* Assist in order processing tasks.
* Stay updated with e-commerce industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance our online presence.
Requirements:
* PROVEN experience of a minimum of two full years working with Shopify
* Experience working with the Debutify theme is a plus (but not required)
* Strong proficiency in website management, including product page creation and updates.
* Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies to improve website ranking.
* Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS) to handle minor website modifications are a plus (but not required)
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Experience in e-commerce customer service
* A passion for e-commerce and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
