We have a fantastic opportunity available for a talented content creator with a real passion for creating professional, user-friendly, easy to read content to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

You will be the lead content creator for our new UK based online subscription platform that provides documents, templates, how-to help guides and information for small business owners recruiting. leading and managing their first employees in the UK.

You will be given an outline brief of the content needed which will be anything from template documents, checklists, help guides, flow-charts, topic focused question and answers, blog content, video scripts and email marketing content. Once the content has been approved, you will put it into our own branded format and upload to the website.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting project to help us grow our highly respected, professional outsourced HR Consulting business that has consistently delivered high quality work for the last 10 years. You own quality of work standards must be high to help us maintain our good reputation. You must be highly organised, pay meticulous attention to detail and be able to deliver to strict deadlines.

We will give you comprehensive training in our style, tone of voice and branding so you can easily create the content in a way that speaks to the customers we wish to attract and retain.

You will be competent in using:

? Microsoft Tools (particularly Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
? Canva to create images for some documentation types
? Website content management systems

We are looking for someone who has drive and initiative that wants to do more than just create the content. We want you to understand our business, our purpose and our customers so that you can also contribute to the ideas of new content that will add value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Create new and original content for various types of documents from scratch;
• Re-write existing content that we have created in the past, giving a fresh view and perspective;
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines in the presentation of all different types of documents
• Manage your time to ensure that all deadlines are met and that quality is nothing short of the best;
• Create and maintain files for all assets and resources, so everything can be found and accessed easily;
• Communicate with us regularly to ensure that we are keeping you busy, motivated and engaged

Personal Characteristics Required:

• Ability to plan effectively and meet deadlines
• Effective problem solver, motivated to achieve high quality results.
• At least one year’s proper work experience
• HR Experience would be an advantage but not essential

You’ll be based remotely so you can work from your home but you’ll need a strong and stable internet connection.

The position is full-time, but you can choose your own hours for greater flexibility (we understand there’s a large time difference). However, you will need to be ‘online’ and available between 6am – 10am GMT.
