A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented YouTube Manager with a real passion for creativity and design to join our amazing team remotely from the Philippines.
Anna Medical Aesthetics is an innovative and high-end private medical clinic in the UK. We focus on offering patients aesthetic medical services and a high quality of care that they could not find elsewhere.
The role will require a highly ambitious and motivated person who is comfortable wearing many hats as they will be the primary role in advising, developing and IMPLEMENTING the YouTube marketing strategy for the business.
What you will be doing:
You will be starting from scratch and will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
• Optimising YouTube Channel, Playlists, Cover, Thumbnail, Intros/End screens
• Editing row video footage supplied by us and making it engaging and dynamic
• Transcribing videos for YouTube (in most cases, the captions will be provided by us)
• Advising us on what video/photos assets are required to help you with the job
• Producing consistent branding throughout all our activities
• Growing channel subscriber base
• Advising us on setting up goals, measuring conversions, analytics and tracking metrics for video optimization etc…
• SEO, YouTube Ads [optional]
What you will need:
• Belief aesthetic medicine, as well as skincare services and products, have a positive impact on people’s lives.
• You’ll be competent with video and graphic editing software
• You’ll be proactive, highly organised, pay meticulous attention to detail and be able to deliver to strict deadlines.
• Proven track record implementing similar projects
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Create new and original designs and artwork from scratch;
• Manage your time to ensure that all deadlines are met and that quality is nothing short of the best;
• Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, so everything can be found and accessed easily;

• At least one year’s proper work experience
• Ability to plan effectively and meet deadlines
• Effective problem solver, motivated to achieve high-quality results.
