A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented VA with a real passion for administration and customer support to join our amazing team remotely from the Philippines.
You’ll be a VA for our International Peak Industry bodies, The International Swim Schools Association and Canadian Swim School Alliance, and be responsible for supporting both organisations.
You’ll need to be competent with, and we will give you access to: Google Office Suite, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Mailchimp, Chat Gpt, Grammarly, Zoom, Canva, WordPress, and Memberpress, and other customer management platforms. Experience using accounting software (Stripe and Xero) are an asset.
The Associations you will be supporting are industry-leading and the quality of your work must be congruent with this. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, pays meticulous attention to detail and is very responsive to our members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
Promptly and effectively supporting members via email with any queries.
Ensuring member benefits, content and events are provided in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of members in various CRMs and/or platforms, including automated renewal email reminders, maintenance of member information, profiles, swim school locator, and contacting any that are overdue
Ensuring regulatory compliance of members, with the relevant documentation
Additional responsibilities will be added as required

You’ll be based remotely so you can work from your home but you’ll need a strong and stable internet connection.
The position is part-time (20 hours per week), but you can choose your own hours for greater flexibility (we understand there could be a large time difference). However, you will need to be ‘online’ and available at mutually convenient times.
