JOB OVERVIEW
We are an education and migration agency based in Melbourne, Australia.
Our administrative VA will be working mainly on back-office tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly. Some marketing and customer service work may be required.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Respond to customer questions via email and other online channels.
3. Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
4. Prepare University and College admission documentation and apply through various online channels.
5. Add customer data into CRM.
6. Prepare content for websites, newsletters, social media, presentations.
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
1. Customer service
2. Documentation
3. Data entry
We work in a fast-paced industry. So, it’s important that our VA would be:
• A fast learner
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Great communicator
In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
• Web research using search engines like Google.
• Using ChatGPT and other AI platforms
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Outlook
• Adobe Acrobat
• Communications apps like Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, FB messenger etc
• Project or Task management software like Microsoft TODO, , Trello etc
• Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)
• Graphic and video designing software like Canva
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you:
1. Experience in using CRM
2. Social media management
3. Blog & content writing
4. Sales
This is a full-time position.
Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 4pm PHST. Flexibility of 1 hour (if requested in advance).
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
We honour most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
You must have access to:
• Fast & reliable internet
• Own PC/Laptop
$550/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)
Perks and benefits
Once you complete your 6 months’ probation, you will get:
? 13th month salary
? Commissions on converted sales (TBD)
If accepted, you will be provided with social media management training to help respond to customer queries through Facebook and Instagram.
You’ll also be provided training on how to use checklists to apply for Australian universities and colleges for admissions.
