Job Description

Our administrative VA will be working mainly on back office tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly. Making phone calls to get leads for the business, doing market research to find good markets in the US, build reports, track financial transactions.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email (Asana or other communication methods), detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Make phone calls to gather new leads and follow up with those leads. Gather information from leads to build a competitive analysis for the market.
3. Organize the emails that come in. Remove spam. Respond to email. Forward emails to respective departments.
4. Schedule, book and manage Google Calendar
5. Build spreadsheets for reports, and build/format good presentation slides given an outline.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following
1. Lead generation
2. Calendar management/Appointment setting
3. Email Management

We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be:
? A fast learner
? Pays close attention to detail
? Follow instructions to the letter

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
* Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
* Microsoft Word
* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft Powerpoint
* Gmail and other email applications
* Google Docs
* Google Sheets
* Google Slides
* Google Calendar
* Communications apps like Google Meet, Zoom, Google Chat, etc
* Project management software (Asana, Google Drive/Docs)
* Time management or time tracking software TimeProof

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you
1. Social media management
2. Blog writing
3. Bookkeeping

This is a part-time position with big potential to be full-time as we are growing our business.
Time is flexible, it’s important to finish the tasks. Except for tasks that require making phone calls in the window between 10 am to 2pm CST.

Hourly rate: $4 – $8 / hour based on experience of the candidate.

If you keep committed and maintain the relationship till December, you’ll get the 13th month and subject to an additional bonus based on your performance and growth of the business.
