A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented VA with a real passion for administration and customer support to join our amazing team remotely from the Philippines.
You’ll be one of the lead VAs for our UK-based ‘Institute of Children’s Activity Providers’ (a Membership Body for Children’s Activity Providers). You will be responsible for helping the Head of ICAP run the Institute.
You’ll be in charge of supporting our members and our partners.
You’ll be competent with Gsuite, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Mailchimp, Zoom, Canva, WordPress, and Memberpress (desirable but not essential).
We’re an industry-leading institute and the quality of your work must be congruent with this. You’ll be highly organised, pay meticulous attention to detail and be very responsive to our members and partners.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Promptly and effectively supporting members and partners via email and whats app with any queries.
Ensuring member benefits, content and events are provided in a timely manner.
Running the administration for the Institute.
Ensuring regulatory compliance of members, with the relevant documentation.

You’ll be based remotely so you can work from your home but you’ll need a strong and stable internet connection.
The position is part-time (15 hours per week), but you can choose your own hours for greater flexibility (we understand there’s a large time difference). However, you will need to be ‘online’ and available at mutually convenient times.
