Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform administrative duties and support business operations. As a virtual assistant (VA), you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as managing email, scheduling meetings, research, travel arrangements and project assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of your weekly responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

– Email management and organizations
– Scheduling and calendar management
– Taking care of personal and professional administrative tasks
– Database management and research
– General administration, updates, and data entry

REQUIREMENTS

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to be familiar with:

– Google Suite
– Web research
– Microsoft Office Suite
– Communication apps (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.)
– Project management software (Trello, Asana, Notion)
– Time management or time tracking software (TimeProff, Toggle)

QUALIFICATIONS

– Available daily (Mon-Fri) during U.S. business hours
– Experience in an administrative support role
– Access to a computer and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
– Fast and reliable internet connection
– Designated professional, quiet space

WORK SCHEDULE & HOLIDAYS

This is a full-time position at 40 hours a week.
– Days: Monday-Friday
– Hours: 8-5 CST

Holidays & PTO

– Holiday: We honor most Filipino holidays except All Saints and All Souls Day
– PTO: Flexible
– Sick Days: As much as needed
