Are You A Bookkeeping Rockstar?

We are a specialist accountancy practice in the UK that requires a ‘Rockstar’ bookkeeper to assist our team in carrying out bookkeeping work for our busy accountancy practice.

Our accountancy practice is seeking a bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the bookkeeping of many different small companies and will work online with Xero, Quickbooks and Dext as well as Microsoft 365 & Teams.

You’ll be based remotely so you can work from your home but you’ll need a strong and stable internet connection.
The position is full-time, but you can choose your own hours for greater flexibility (we understand there’s a large time difference). However, you will need to be ‘online’ and available between 9am – 12pm (midday) GMT.

Main responsibilities of the role:

Bookkeeping for both VAT and Non-VAT registered clients
Preparation of VAT returns
Sole trader and limited company accounts preparation
Some admin support

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience working with multi-business bookkeeping
Be experienced with cloud-based book-keeping software such as Xero, Quickbooks and Dext
Be able to work independently and without supervision
Excellent/Fluent English to speak with the team in the UK
