Are you a Rockstar Real Estate Marketing/Admin VA?

Our Real Estate VA will be working mainly on Marketing and Database tasks, making sure our clients and prospects are getting our content and to make sure the business runs smoothly. Some Customer Service and Admin work may be required.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Update contacts within Real Geeks CRM, ensure correctly categorized.
3. Download neighborhood data, organize into spreadsheet, upload to FB ad manager.
4. Create Neighborhood landing pages on website through easy template.
5. Post content to Blog, YouTube station, FB/IG, Google Business Page
6. Run and Manage Facebook Ads – Report daily metrics.
7. Update performance tracker daily.
To Qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
1. Real Estate CRM – Database management
2. Marketing/Blogging/Social Media
3. Customer Service
We work in a fast paced industry. It’s really important that our VA would be:
? A fast learner
? Pays close attention to detail
? Follow instructions to the letter
In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
? Web research using search engines like Google and Internet Explorer, Bing etc.
? Microsoft Word and Excel
? Gmail and other Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar
? Communications apps like WhatsApp, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc.
? CRM platform: Real Geeks, Mojo, RedX
? Social Media: YouTube Creator, FaceBook/Instagram Ads Manager, Reddit, GMB, LinkedIn etc.
? Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help
you:
1. Video Editing
2. Blog writing – AI (Chat GPT knowledge)
3. Canva design
This is a part-time position that WILL transition to full-time with higher pay for the right candidate.
Monday – Friday 3pm – 7pm (PST) Hours are flexible after training.
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
Salary:
$320/Month for part-time work (20 hours a week)
Perks: Once you complete your 6 month probation successfully, you will get:

Training provided:
CRM training through video series(on own time).
Marketing System training – 1 hour per day for first week (paid).
Blog/Video content system training – 1 hour per day 2nd week(paid).

handle administrative, mass-marketing, SEO and content delivery.
