We’re looking for an Online Sales Manager who is as passionate about wellness as we are and has the expertise to drive our online sales to new heights.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage Stock: Keep our online store updated with available products.
Boost Sales: Use Shopify to sell on multiple platforms.
Analyze Data: Look at sales data to make better decisions.
Customer Service: Make sure shopping online with us is easy and enjoyable.
Run Promotions: Set up sales and discount codes.
Handle Orders: Make sure orders go from cart to customer smoothly.
Teamwork: Work well with other departments.
Improve SEO: Make our products easy to find online.
Check Quality: Make sure our online store works well.
Use Feedback: Listen to customers to make improvements.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing an online store, preferably on Shopify.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
SEO Knowledge: Proven experience in optimizing online content for SEO.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with practical solutions.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in wellness and holistic health is a plus.
