Are you a SUPER Administrative VA? Then we want YOU!

We are looking for a new super Virtual Assistant to assist our team.

The role will initially be for 4 -10 hours a week but this is likely to increase over time.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience and be;

– Honest, with a high level of integrity
– Speak & understand English well
– Have strong written and verbal English communication skills
– Able to follow directions
– Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to be able to use the applications we have listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

– Web research using search engines like Google, Safari, Bing, etc
– Gmail and other email applications
– Google Docs
– Google Sheets
– Google Slides
– Google Calendar
– Communications apps like Google Meets, Skype, Zoom,WhatsApp, Slack, FB messenger, etc
– Project management software (Trello, Asana, Google Docs)
– Experience using Canva and editing photos, and uploading these to WordPress
– The ability to search for photos for our websites
– Ability to update some small social media sites each week (Write, edit and upload posts facebook, instagram, and ability to manage these social media sites)
– Undertake Facebook ads if required.
– Ability to upload written content onto WordPress web sites
– Send invoices out to clients if or when needed.

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us as our business expands.

This role is currently a part time position however it may increase to up to 20 hours per week (over a period of time for the right person), but that will depend on you and your ability.
