Job Description

We are a specialist real estate agency that sells childcare / daycare centres in Australia.

We are a woman only, small team looking for someone with great English, great attention to detail, ready to grow & learn more, and help up reach our sky high goals!

We are looking for a female team member who is hard-working, has high attention to detail, has 3+ years previous experience as a VA and uses initiative.

This job its primarily a Assistant role, helping up with daily administration tasks.

**SKILLS NEEDED **

Excel data management, cleaning up (data entry)

Emailing clients

Researching and mining contact details & information on childcare centres in Australia

Creating email templates & newsletters

CRM information importing & updating

Sending invoices

Scheduling clients & our calendar

Updating website (simple things)

Social media posting & scheduling

Research of real estate in Australia

Make travel plans

Arrange & purchase gifts for clients

Marketing material, make minor updates

Creating admin systems & processes

**MUST HAVE **

Great English (writing & speaking)

A lot of experience with Excel

Confident with Word, PowerPoint

**IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? (more information below) **

Are you a great admin assistant? Do you have lots of experience? Are you available 20-40 hours per week?

We need someone to join our team to help up with the day to day admin tasks, excel data management, uploading information to CRM system, emailing clients, sending invoices, creating templates, updating marketing materials and scheduling content for social media.

You need to be able to work independently, and follow instructions with fine detail. We need you to support us in the development and mining of a database of childcare centres in Australia.

You will need your own computer, Microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint), fast & reliable internet connection and reliable electricity supply.

We need you to be available Monday to Friday during Sydney, Australia work times (9-5pm) and to be able to communicate with us via Zoom (video chat). This is NOT a role that you can undertake from a cafe, you will need a workspace and a quiet environment where we can communicate with you.

We are looking for a team member who not only wants to provide massive value and lighten the load for us but also is open to grow their skills, knowledge, mindset and grow with us.

You will need to be able to read, write and speak English very well. You will not speak with our clients, but sometimes you will need to email them and you will be communicating with our Australia based team.

As well as being a great administrative assistant who’s willing to help with juggling all the day to day tasks you will need to be enthusiastic, self motivated, honest and have a good work ethic.
