Skills needed
A friendly professional upbeat manner; Speak clear fluent English; have a basic interest in delivering good news. Good computer skills. Some design and marketing experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities
Representing a UK based luxury hair salon company in South East England. Our business is split into Professional hair salons and Wholesale distribution. You will be answering calls for both parts of the business. Taking orders and dealing with enquiries for the Wholesale business and booking and changing appointments for the hair salons.

You will also be responsible for building and sending marketing campaigns through mailchimp, Designing social media posts on canva, scheduling social media posts, calling customers, gathering data via directories and search engines, invoicing and taking payments via a vertical terminal.

You will process deposit payments, communicate with the head office in the UK by telephone, whatsapp and email. At the end of each working day you will email a report of your day’s work to the company head office.

Requirements
We would require you to have access to fast internet connections, headset and devices you can work from.
If you are unsure of anything please ask as this is the first time we are working together. We will expect you to ask questions, it is OK, please look things up and double check, it is OK to google things if you are not sure. Please feel free to double check things with google and even use google or any other website for research and learning.
It is ESSENTIAL to use AI when possible.
NEVER forget to submit your email report at the end of each day.
NEVER stop communicating with us or not return our emails.
Experience with Woocommerce and WordPress would be an advantage but not essential.

Email your daily report to the office every day, put all your sales into the Free Agent System.

Attend the Monday team meeting via Video conferencing .

Embrace training. Do a minimum of 1 hour training every Monday. We will provide you with video and audio training.

Wednesday 4pm to 12 midnight Manila Time (9am to 5pm London Time)
Thursday 4pm to 12 midnight Manila Time (9am to 5pm London Time)
Friday 4pm to 12 midnight Manila Time (9am to 5pm London Time)

What happens next
If you are successful enough to make it to the next round we will send you an email to confirm your interest. Then we will send you another email that must be answered within 24 hours to test your suitability. This will need to include a recording of your telephone manner or youtube video of yourself.

If you are our successful candidate we will send you a contract and an email covering how the job will work, log in details and rules of working with us.

We pay 4 weekly so we have 13 annual pay days not 12. At the end of week 1 we pay for the previous 4 weeks.
