Job Responsibilities
Website Development:
Design, build, and maintain high-conversion e-commerce websites using industry-leading technologies.
Implement responsive and user-friendly designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.
Optimize website performance for speed and usability.
E-commerce Functionality:
Integrate and configure e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Implement secure payment gateways and shopping cart features.
Ensure seamless customer journey from product browsing to checkout.
Conversion Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Monitor website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Technical Support and Maintenance:
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing website support.
Ensure website security and compliance with industry standards.
Implement regular updates and backups to maintain website integrity.
Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum [number] years of experience in web development, with a focus on e-commerce websites.
Proven track record of building high-conversion e-commerce websites.
Skills:
Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Python.

This is a full-time position
Work hours are weekdays flexible
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the
6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All
Souls Day
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
13th month
Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
