Our company is hiring someone to assist us with day-to-day administrative tasks that will make the business run like a well-oiled machine. We are looking for someone who can grow with us and can eventually work at a management level, so some relevant experience will be required.
Daily Tasks:
1. Account / Client Management
2. Social Media Management
3. Website Content Creation
4. Document / Contract Template Revisions
5. Vendor Research and Sourcing for Various Projects
6. Project Management
7. System / Process Optimization
8. Bookkeeping
We work in a fast-paced environment, so it is really important that you are:

In addition to having excellent verbal and written English skills, you’ll need to use the applications listed below. You do not need to be an expert in all of them, but need to be willing to learn:
– Asana
– Quickbooks
– Gmail
– Google Docs
– Google Sheets
– Google Calendar
– Hubstaff
Work Schedule:
– This is a full-time position
– Monday through Fridays 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST/EDT with a 1-hour lunch break
Compensation:
– $4 USD Per Hour
Benefits:
– 13 Months Pay (prorated 1st year based on time worked)
– Vacation Time (you will qualify for 1 vacation day per month worked)
Career Potential:
– You will be working alongside the owners. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VA’s.
