I’m searching for an incredible part-time Virtual Assistant who also knows how to use social media to build awareness and community. I need someone with a knack for organization, a dash of creativity, and a whole lot of get-it-done to join my team. You’ll help me to stay organized and take ideas and put them into action. Responsibilities:
* Show off your multitasking skills by providing top-notch administrative support. From managing processes to handling emails, you’ll be our behind-the-scenes hero.
* Unleash your social media superpowers! Craft captivating content, schedule posts like a champ, and be the friendly person who helps respond to comments.
* Delight customers by sending relevant information for an immediate need and gifts to mark milestones.
* Collaborate on improving the business by sharing your fabulous insights and observations.
Specifics:
* Manage content calendar and schedule social media posts, blogs and emails.
* Use brand guidelines to create engaging and shareable content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Create documents like workshop handouts or digital downloads.
* Draft and schedule bi-monthly email newsletters.
* Manage email marketing lists.
* Document processes and maintain workflow.
* Basic data entry into accounting software monthly.
* Delight customers, like sharing useful information and ordering gifts.
* Update Trello boards to show tasks, timelines and completion.
* Manage Acuity Scheduling and help clients reschedule as necessary.
* Basic research, as requested.
* Other admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
* 2+ years of virtual assistant experience.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Experienced in creating images and short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Proficient in Canva, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
* Bonus, if you have experience working with Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Quickbooks, Trello, Lastpass, and Loom. If not, you’ll get training.
* Ability to maintain company and client confidentiality.
* Have a fast and reliable internet connection.
* Likes ice cream/ sorbetes!
