Job Title: Telemarketer – Health & Safety Training and Consultancy

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our Health & Safety Training and Consultancy firm. This role involves reaching out to potential and existing clients to inform them about our training programs and consultancy services that can help improve their workplace health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for promoting safety and well-being in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients to introduce our health and safety training courses and consultancy services.
– Explain the benefits and features of our services, and how they meet the needs of the client’s organization.
– Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients or for them to attend our training sessions.
– Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and maintain an active pipeline of prospects.
– Record call details, including the reaction of the prospective client, in our CRM system.
– Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls made and qualified leads generated.
– Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns.
– Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to health and safety to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
– Strong listening skills to accurately understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
– Persistence and resilience, with a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
– Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in the workplace is preferred but not required.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
– High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
