As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our projects. We are seeking a visionary leader who possesses a unique blend of artistic complexity, colorful vibrancy, and a fine artist’s sensibility. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly translate client briefs and objectives into visually stunning designs that captivate and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring that they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
– Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
– Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and techniques, incorporating them into our work in a way that feels fresh and original.
– Oversee the production process, from initial ideation to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.
– Continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of design, pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
– Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and artistic prowess.
– Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
-Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas and inspire others.
– A keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working in a high-level graphic design environment
– Knowledge of motion graphics and/or video editing software.
– Familiarity with web design principles and best practices.
Additional Information:
– Work hours are generally within standard business hours in the US. There may be some flexibility but that would depend on the teams/clients and is not guaranteed.
– 100% Home-based.

Schedule and Compensation:
– Pretty open based on the experience and the value you will provide. To give a ballpark, we can offer Php 80,000 to 100,000 for the right candidate (Open for negotiation).
