We are Surreal Digital. We’re the Pollocks and Picassos of the digital canvas, uniting the seemingly opposite worlds of art and marketing. We paint campaigns and sculpt strategies for artists, galleries, and luxury brands that defy the norms and turn heads—sometimes literally.

## **The Role: Your Masterpiece Awaits ????**

We’re on a scavenger hunt for a D2C Digital Marketing Strategist. But not just any strategist, oh no. We’re after a hybrid—a Da Vinci in data, a Warhol in creativity, and a Banksy in disrupting the luxury market. Someone who knows Facebook/Instagram like the back of their paintbrush and can conjure a digital strategy as mesmerising as a Dali painting.

## **What Your Days Might Look Like ????**

1. **Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive D2C digital marketing strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
2. **Platform Mastery**: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Facebook/Instagram platforms to execute highly targeted campaigns.
3. **Customer Segmentation**: Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and effectively tailor marketing strategies to different segments within the luxury art market. Persona Sculpting: Mold customer personas as intricate as Rodin sculptures, targeting those with a penchant for luxury and art.
4. **Web Optimisation:** Weave enchantments to optimize websites, enhancing user journey and ensuring every pixel is in harmony with our creative vision and functional necessity.
5. **Creative strategy:** come up with interesting ad ideas and able to communicate that to the designers to execute
6. **Performance Analytics**: Monitor and analyze the performance of various campaigns to optimize ROI, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
7. **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with the founder to develop compelling digital content aligned with campaign objectives and brand aesthetics.
8. **Market Research**: Stay abreast of market trends in the luxury art world to inform data-driven decision-making.
9. **Email Marketing – come up with ideas for high converting email marketing campaigns**
10. Creative brainstorming – come up with outside of the box idea for great content across all social medias

**Qualifications:**

– Educational Palette: Bachelor’s degree in the School of Life. We’re all ears.
– At least 3 years of making digital marketing magic, particularly in D2C.
– A connoisseur in Facebook/Instagram (and Google Ads ideally); you probably dream in CTR and ROAS.
– Luxury Savvy: You know how to market a diamond like it’s not just compressed carbon.
– A creative mind to generate new and unconventional creatives’ ideas.
– Outside of the box thinker – we want someone who can initiate creative ideas. Not just imitating what’s been done before.
– The ability to communicate and write clearly in English
– Curiosity to learn
– Dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner
– Proven experience in D2C Ecom, with proven ROAS track record.
– Excellent communication and project management skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
– Passion for the arts and experience in the luxury sector is a plus.
– Data-Driven: Your wand is Google Analytics, and you’re not afraid to use it.
– Creative Cauldron: Your mind bubbles with strategies as intriguing as a surrealist painting.
– Eloquent as Poetry: Whether written or spoken, your words captivate.
