Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI/IT specialist to lead our IT and technology division. This pivotal role involves the introduction and maintenance of AI processes across the firm, optimizing both internal operations and external client services and any other IT related functions for the firm. The expectation of the role is for our firm to be a leader in advancing AI/IT in the accounting and business advisory space.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the integration and implementation of AI/IT technologies within the firm’s accounting, tax, and marketing divisions.
– Develop and manage technology-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client service delivery.
– Design and market innovative AI and technology packages to assist clients in leveraging these tools for their businesses.
– Collaborate with senior management to align technological developments with the firm’s strategic goals.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/IT implementation, development and understanding and preferably in a financial services environment.
– Proven track record of managing IT/AI projects and leading a technology team.
– Strong understanding of accounting processes and software. Experience as a Systems accountant would be preferred but not essential.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
