Primary Tasks and Skills
Worldview Summit is seeking to hire a full-time (35-40 hours per week), remote (i.e. work from home) Artistic Content Creator to do four main things:
1. Use your graphic design skills to create images through AI as well as traditional methods (e.g. Canva or Photoshop). These images will be used as thumbnails and B-role in our videos.
2. Choose the appropriate B-roll from sites like that will be used in our videos.
3. Do some basic video editing through to make our simple 1-minute videos.
4. Assemble all the relevant assets on a timeline in Premiere Pro so that our advanced editors can use them to create our more complex videos. (/watch?v=hFQwySBSy3A&list=PLb_1eMFfiO25tu8REj3PlWpm898kKdlER )
A suitable candidate should have the following attributes:
-Fluent in English
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
-Work well with minimal supervision
-Provide consistent updates on progress
-Willingness to do tasks outside of specific job description
-Skills in basic graphic design, simple video editing, and AI image creation
-Have an artistic and aesthetic sense of style and presentation
Secondary Skills
In addition to the primary skills listed above, let us know if you are also skilled and have experience in these secondary areas.
-Managing social media advertising through Google ads, YouTube ads, Facebook ads, etc.
-Keeping track of social media, and various video assets in spreadsheets and in cloud storage
-Using social media planning/management tools like Agorapulse or Sprout Social
-Creating video descriptions, hashtags, etc. to be used when uploading videos to platforms such as YouTube.
-Uploading content to social media platforms.
-Moderating comments in the comment sections of social media.
-Managing the process of content creation and posting, ensuring deadlines are met, and relevant people are kept informed and updated
