Key Responsibilities:

Asana Management (
Ownership: Take complete ownership of our Asana setup, ensuring it aligns with company goals and objectives.
Standards Creation: Establish best practice standards for the effective use of Asana across the company.
Training and Development: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the team to maximize Asana usage and productivity.
Project & Goal Setup: Collaborate with teams and individuals to establish and maintain projects, goals, and initiatives in Asana.
Dashboard & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and reports for executives, teams, and individuals to track progress and outcomes.
Automation & Integrations: Create rules and automations within Asana and leverage tools like Zapier for further integrations and efficiency.

Project Management 
Task Monitoring: Monitor project progress, flagging late tasks and holding team members accountable.
Process Improvement: Ensure projects are running smoothly and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to support their project management needs and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
Asana Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Asana, including advanced features, automations, and integrations.
Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management best practices and methodologies.
Training Experience: Proven ability to create training materials and conduct effective training sessions for diverse teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with productivity tools and ability to learn new software quickly.
Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team, adhering to Pacific Time Zone hours.
