ASO Specialist

As an ASO Specialist at Click to view, you will work on optimizing our leading trading app with a presence in 5 global markets and multiple localizations. Your main responsibility will be to increase app store traffic and conversion rates through the implementation of effective ASO strategies. You will work with various teams and manage multiple localizations simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage and execute best-in-class ASO strategies for Google Play and Apple App Store.
2. Create, maintain, and optimize all elements of app store presence, including text, assets, and keywords in multiple languages.
3. Test, track, and optimize AB tests on the app stores to increase download conversion rates and store page traffic.
4. Share industry trends and insights with the marketing team and top management and provide accurate and insightful live and post-performance analysis to stakeholders.
5. Take ownership of store page conversion rate, organic acquisition, and store ranking KPIs.
6. Work closely with the Organic Growth Manager to identify, plan, execute, and measure opportunities to stimulate organic growth in an ROI-positive manner.
7. Have a deep understanding of our competitors, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and identify potential opportunities to share with the team.
8. Strong communication skills to interact efficiently with stakeholders, marketing teammates, and developers.
9. Data-driven digital marketing experience, preferably in the finance category.
10. A passion for trading and app marketing, with an acute eye for comprehending trader experience flows.
11. Knowledge and understanding of the entire trader lifecycle, from discoverability/awareness to evangelism.
12. Deep understanding of our business KPIs, how they impact each other, and comfortable working with analytics teams to produce detailed data-driven reports and insights.
13. Be comfortable collecting information and feedback from across the business, coming up with or identifying innovative ideas, and converting them into actions in a structured manner.
14. Highly organized and able to focus on several projects at once.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an ASO Specialist or similar role.
2. Experience in optimizing apps for Google Play
3. A strong understanding of Keyword research
4. Proven knowledge of mobile platforms and technologies
5. An excellent understanding of the different App stores and their processes
6. Fluent English
7. Proficiency in additional languages – strong advantage
8. Excellent analytical skills
9. High proficiency in Excel
10. Organized, creative and detail oriented
11. An avid smartphone user who is passionate about the mobile world
12. Detail oriented, multitasker
13. Creative and technical mindset
14. Ability to work autonomously and in a self-directed manner
