Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our event space. Your primary duties will include coordinating event bookings, communicating with clients, handling inquiries, managing schedules, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist in marketing efforts, social media management, and maintaining databases.

Responsibilities:
– Manage event bookings and reservations
– Coordinate scheduling and calendar management
– Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms
– Assist in marketing activities and social media management
– Maintain accurate records and databases
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
– Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
– Ability to work independently and remotely
– Experience in the events industry is a plus
– Availability to work flexible hours based on event schedules

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Property Manager to oversee and manage our portfolio of properties remotely. The Virtual Property Manager will be responsible for handling all aspects of property management including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial management.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Advertise and show available properties to prospective tenants virtually.
3. Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies.
4. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for properties as needed.
5. Collect rent and ensure timely payments from tenants.
6. Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports.
7. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and property standards.
8. Negotiate and renew leases with existing tenants.
9. Stay updated on local market trends and rental rates.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in property management.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Experience in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
