Rate: $6-$8/hr, and earn up to 81,000 PHP +/month.

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST with 1-hour unpaid break

Qualifications:
– Excellent English communication skills. Little to no accent preferred.
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
– The ability to produce engaging, high-quality content across various media formats, tailored to different audience needs.
– Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics software.
– A knack for innovative thinking to develop unique solutions that align with our goals and market trends.
– Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not a must.

Assistant Account Manager Responsibilities:
– Act as the secondary point of contact for client communications, ensuring their needs are met by fostering a strong, trusting relationship.
– Participate in collaborating with clients to gather insights about brand identity, customer motivations, and market positioning for tailored marketing strategies.
– Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, coordinating between clients and creative/digital teams to ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.
– Provide support in monitoring and analyzing marketing outcomes to provide clients with actionable feedback that helps refine strategies and improve results.
– Work closely with the creative team to ensure that the marketing deliverables are innovative and precisely tailored to client needs.
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to continually refine and enhance our approach to marketing strategies.

Content Curator Responsibilities:
– Develop compelling, branded content that communicates the unique value propositions of clients and engages their target audiences.
– Assist in the design of content strategies that align with the client’s overall marketing goals and brand identity, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market dynamics.
– Maintain the quality and consistency of content across all platforms, ensuring it meets the firm’s high standards and client expectations.
– Conduct thorough research to stay ahead of industry trends and generate fresh, relevant content that positions clients as leaders in their markets.
– Utilize analytics tools to track engagement and adjust content strategies based on audience feedback and interaction patterns.
– Work closely with account managers and clients to ensure content initiatives support broader marketing objectives and drive growth.
