Assistant Ads Manager Role

We are looking for an Ads Assistant to work full time, assisting two Ads Managers.
You must have experience in all features of Facebook Business Manager and have a good understanding of all types of ads setup.

Our two businesses specialise in different types of ad campaigns, but the methodologies, set up, process and software we both use is very similar. This is not a role that requires you to know all the strategies, that is what we do. This person will help us implement and execute the strategies we develop with the aid of instructions, checklists and videos to help.

The role is full time (38+ hours per week) divided equally between the two businesses. Both are based in Australia so the expectation is that the successful candidate will be available between 8am and 5pm Australian Time.

The main tasks required are:

Building audiences to requirements in FB Business Manager
Building Adshells in FB Business manager to requirements
Reviewing and reporting on Ads Data (with the aid of software and directions)
Connecting ads to funnels (with instructions supplied)
Basic video editing, such as applying captions and resizing (with our software)
Audience research
Support with our own funnels, such as updating emails, copy and tracking (this all will have training supplied on our individual software)

The skills we expect you to have:

Minimum 2 years experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads (written examples of the types of campaigns you have worked on and what you did is highly regarded)
Knowledge of related software packages such as Zapier, scheduling software (calendly, acuity, timely etc), and some experience with software such as kajabi, mail chimp, mailer lite and Thrivecart. This is for setup of pixel and tracking only, we don’t need you to know how to create a funnel.
Solid understanding of Clickup OR similar project management tools. This is important as both businesses use Clickup for their project management, communication, task allocation, timekeeping plus more
Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify is an advantage
Use of slack (for internal communication)
Experience with GoHighLevel is highly desirable, but not a requirement

The type of person we are looking for:

Can communicate fluently in both written and spoken english
Is great with details and making sure things are done just right. We prefer correctness over speed.
Is willing to follow instructions (and will ask questions if things don’t make sense)
Can use project management software and messaging apps to give updates on the progress of tasks
Is great at time management and is happy to use task timing apps
Wants to be part of a team and not just a remote worker

What we are offering the perfect candidate:

Monthly salary negotiable $900 – $1100 USD depending on experience (this will be split equally between the two businesses)
Training in our ads methodology, software etc
Support from us in the form of hands on training, additional skills, whatever is required etc to help you do the job as best you can and enjoy doing it
