Job Title: Assistant Architectural Draftsman (Revit Autodesk)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team.

Position Summary: We are looking for someone with experience as Architectural Draftsman or who is proficient in using Revit (Autodesk) to assist in creating detailed architectural plans for our residential projects under supervision of our company’s draftsman who has over fifty years of experience (since 1972).

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our draftsman to create architectural plans using Revit Autodesk.

Develop and maintain precise 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.

Assist in project coordination, ensuring designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Receive the company’s copyrighted draft floor plans and elevations to finish drafting to complete plans in order for company to submit for building permits for construction.

Keep company’s copyrighted plans safe and private using the copany’s desinated Microsoft OneDrive file storage system.

Revise and update plans as needed to accommodate design changes.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with the team

Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Send a daily report

Minimum 1 hour per day of video meeting with our company draftsman (more time for training purposes when you begin employment)

Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft applications outlook, word, excel, etc.

Experience in Revit Autodesk software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Willingness to learn new skills, building codes, and construction standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Starting Pay

Salary Starting at $650 a month

You will receive payments bi-weekly ($325 every two weeks)

Work Schedule & Holidays

Full-time position 40 Hours Per Work

Monday-Friday

You qualify for 3 vacation days and 3 sick days after your 90 Day probationary period

We will honor all Filipino Holidays that are non-working holidays
