Assistant Content Producer

Hi! I’m a podcast producer & videographer in search of an assistant producer looking to help better optimize my time

[ >>> IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER – for this role, we NEED someone who can reliably & sustainably work during the US work day, if this doesn’t work for you please do not apply <<< ] A normal day for me looks like filming episodes in person & uploading media to Google Drive, preparing edits for our post-production team, respond/resolve any client requests or schedule/attend meetings with leads, overseeing our post-production team & managing editor schedules as needed More specifically your day-to-day will look like this: - Active hours between 8 am - 5 pm PST - prep video edits for the production team - create & manage producer calendar/schedule - assist with sending short-form content selects for producer approvals from long-form recordings - helping with customer support during the US work day & resolving miscellaneous requests Ideally, I would love for you to help plan my schedule for the day by 9 am PST, also just to make sure you're paying attention & actually reading all of this, please use only the word 'applesauce' in your subject line to be considered, I won't open the message otherwise Then during the day, I would like to be able to hand off tasks to you, as needed — for example: a quick revision for a client, or preparing content selections for my approval so I don’t need to watch full episodes, contacting support for platform tech issues, etc Skills I’m looking for in my AP: - experience as a virtual personal or executive assistant is ideal - strong collaboration & customer support skills is a MUST - strong copywriting skills & general understanding of marketing/psychology preferred - basic working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere, Audition, Photoshop, After Effects) <— we - have a post-production team, so only basic knowledge needed - hungry to learn & grow, watch a lot of TikTok/YouTube & understands content trends, friendly & personable, but also willing to push back & present new ideas as needed - willing to work during the US workday Learn more about me: - Click to view/bradleydenham/ – Click to view/@Click to view
