Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Data Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our data management systems. This role’s proficiency in Google Workspace is essential, as our organization relies heavily on Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive for data storage, collaboration, and communication.

Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input and update data into databases or information management systems per established protocols.
Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries, ensuring adherence to data quality standards.
Database Management: Assist in efficiently organizing, storing, and managing database data.
Data Cleansing: Identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in datasets to ensure data integrity.
Data Retrieval: Retrieve specific data as requested by authorized personnel, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Data Security: Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, procedures, and guidelines for future reference and training purposes.
Report Generation: Assist in generating reports, charts, or graphs based on collected data for analysis and decision-making purposes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members or departments to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data-related discrepancies promptly, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to data management processes or systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Training and Support: Provide end-users with training and support on data entry procedures, database usage, and data management best practices.
Backup and Recovery: Help implement data backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data management to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Proven experience working with Google Workspace applications, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
Experience with other data management tools and systems is a plus.
