About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with international teams and contribute to the growth of our digital marketing efforts in the health and wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in managing the marketing team, including task delegation and monitoring
– Report to higher management on project progress and team performance
– Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
– Tracking and managing KPIs
– Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional strategies for health and wellness products/services
– Participate in frequent video calls with the New Zealand team
Required Qualifications
– Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Experience in team management preferred
– Proficiency in ClickUp, MS Teams, and MS Word
– Ability to cope well with stress and maintain high performance under pressure
– Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning
– Capable of working independently and as part of a team
– Have excellent time management and be detail orientated

Location and Work Environment
Initially work from home, with the expectation to transition to and help run an office in the future
Primarily collaborating with teams in New Zealand and the Philippines, with some team members in Australia and the UK
Work Hours
Flexible schedule options:
Standard Philippines working hours, or
Earlier start times to align a bit more with New Zealand also an option
Not suitable for late-night work preferences

– This role requires 100% focus and commitment
– Not suitable for individuals with significant family care responsibilities or those seeking additional employment
– Frequent video calls will be part of the job
Compensation
Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
